Coconut sugar is a traditionally made Nature's Purest Sweetener. Made from pure flower blossom nectar of the coconut palm tree (coco nucifera) it is an unrefined, high nutrient and low glycemic sweetener that you can use in place of anything that normally calls for cane sugar. It mixes exactly like sugar. So it’s easy to make the switch.

How is organic coconut sugar made?
Once harvested the nectar is transferred into kettles. The evaporation process lowers the moisture content of the nectar before it is allowed to set into a solid nectar “brick”. When the nectar has cooled and solidified it is then ground into granules.

Our coconut sugar is 100% organic and NON-GMO, which means there is no chemicals or preservatives added, and there is absolutely no genetic modification. We adhere to USDA and EU international organic standards.

Our organic coconut sugar is processed naturally, unbleached, and does not contain any other ingredients but pure coconut sugar from our organically grown coconut tree sap.

Packaging
Palm sugar is transported in containers. It is packed in impermeable bags or boxes, such as bag in box or carton boxes, bags or polypropylene bags with a polyethylene inner bag, which is impermeable to water vapor and provides protection from contamination.
